Sachin is the Founder and Lead Financial Modeler at Tenth Decile. Prior to this , he worked with KPMG and managed their Global Valuation Services team in India. During his stint with KPMG, Sachin worked on several engagements related to business valuations, debt modeling, mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and leveraged buyouts (LBOs). His expertise includes:

• Goodwill impairment tests (ASC 350)

• Valuation of stock-based compensation (IRC 409A)

• Three-statement financial modeling

Previously, Sachin has also worked with Deloitte in their Financial Advisory Services team, where he worked on business combinations. Sachin is a part of the global community of financial modeling experts with Toptal. He has a total professional experience of over 18 years. Sachin is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master’s degree in Finance.
