Sachin is the Founder and Lead Financial Modeler at Tenth Decile. Before establishing Tenth Decile, he worked with KPMG and managed their Global Valuation Services team in India. During his stint with KPMG, Sachin spearheaded numerous projects encompassing business valuations, debt modeling, mergers and acquisitions (M&As) and leveraged buyouts (LBOs). His specialized skill set includes expertise in:

• Goodwill impairment tests (ASC 350)

• Valuation of stock-based compensation (IRC 409A)

• Three-statement financial modeling

Prior to KPMG, Sachin has worked with Deloitte's Financial Advisory Services team with a focus on business combinations. He is a part of the global community of financial modeling experts with Toptal and boasts a professional journey spaning over 18 years. Sachin is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master’s degree in Finance.
